The Drury Lodge has a complete “hot” complimentary breakfast buffet each morning from 6:30 am to 9:30 am.

Note:  You may want to come a day or two early, especially if you’ve never been to the Bootheel.  We can arrange tours including a bus ride through the Delta region if enough of you would participate.  All tours would require 10 to 12 minimum.

Tour #1 On Thursday the 16th from 2 - 5 pm, with supper at Sikeston’s famous Lamberts “Home of Throwed Rolls” restaurant, see first hand the Little River Drainage District that turned the swamps into the finest row crop acreage anywhere in the country.  By September you will drive through fields of rice, milo, corn, soybeans and cotton rows “as far as the eye can see” and tour a working cotton gin!  You’all Come!!

Tour #2 Friday morning, relax or shop at West Park Mall across from Drury Lodge.  Then enjoy a one hour bus tour of Cape.  (1:30 – 2:30 pm).  We will depart from the lobby at 1:30 sharp.  See historic Old St. Vincent’s Church; The Glenn House (Restored River Boat Captain’s Home); The Red House (Don Louis Lorimier’s Replicated Home); River Heritage Museum; SEMO State University; Cape Rock (Over Looking the Mighty Mississippi River) and All Points in between.

Tour #3 For you golfers - Thursday 2:00 pm Tee Time – Cape Girardeau Country Club 18 Holes of Beautiful Golf perched atop the Mississippi River!  (10 to 12 minimum not necessary).
